GostHacked Posted June 25, 2006 Report Posted June 25, 2006 http://www.freepressinternational.com/nsa-4th-amendment.html This is the head of the CIA now. The same person that headed the NSA. The same person in this little video clip showing how much he REALLY knows about the U.S. constitution. This is a man fighting for your freedoms. Any questions? This is the kind of stuff the LEFT just canNOT make up. Quote
Charles Anthony Posted June 25, 2006 Report Posted June 25, 2006 We should not be pointing fingers. Our Bill of Rights stops short at Legal Rights 8. Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure. http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/const/annex_e.html At least the U.S. fourth amendment includes the caveat of requiring "probable cause" regardless of what the head of the CIA says. lost&outofcontrol Posted July 6, 2006 Report Posted July 6, 2006 Oh! No! The wrong's best weapon: search or seizure! We can't complain about the NSA's possible wrong doing because we as Canadians may do worst? Is that not your contention? Quote
