WestCanMan Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago 1) When Harper was PM, between 61k and 64k people emigrated from Canada every year. After 11 years of the LPoC, we're over 120,000 per year. Overall Emigration: An unprecedented 120,640 Canadian citizens and permanent residents emigrated from Canada in 2025, leaving primarily for the United States, the UK, Australia, and various Asian countries. (In the official data tracked by Statistics Canada, the term "emigration" strictly excludes temporary residents whose visas expired. It refers almost entirely to people leaving on a voluntary basis. I don't think there's a stronger measure of a country's level of overall happiness than the number of people who wanna gtfo. 2) Talk of separation went away under Harper, but after 11 years of LPoC misrule, now we have 2 provinces with strong separatist movements. Never in my lifetime have I seen so much hatred for our government. You could have argued that it was just Trudeau in 2025, but hatred of Carney is almost as strong. Legato Posted 3 hours ago Report Posted 3 hours ago Don't think it's hate so much as an aversion to the disdain the hollow man exudes. When he taps his head it sounds like the bells of St. Mary's. 1 Quote
