User Posted May 11 Report Posted May 11 Enough of this madness. Dude opens fire in broad daylight, seriously wounding 2 people in critical condition. Guess what?! Oh man, can you guess? He was out on probation after only serving 5 years for trying to kill police officers, shooting at them... trying to find more information, but I read that he was also out on probation when he tried to kill the police officers for some knife crime. Can we start locking these people up? 5 years for shooting at police officers? Brown was previously convicted in 2021 for attempting to kill Boston Police officers during a 2020 encounter. He received a sentence of five to six years in state prison followed by probation and a mandate for mental health treatment, as reported by WBZ. https://www.asatunews.co.id/en/memorial-drive-shooting-suspect-identified Quote
robosmith Posted May 12 Report Posted May 12 OP obviously has no idea about what the standard sentencing is for attempted murder. Nor the FACT that US prisons incarcerate more people than every other Western nation. Quote As of 2026, the United States has the highest incarceration rate of any democracy globally, holding roughly 1.8 to 2 million people in prisons and jails. This rate is roughly 4 to 8 times higher than those in other liberal democracies, and the U.S. imprisons a higher percentage of its population than almost every other country, including Canada and Mexico. But the OP believes that's NOT ENOUGH. LMAO Quote

LMAO Thank you for confirming that you leftists are just fine with letting criminals back on the street after only serving 5 years for trying to kill someone. No, clearly I do not think that is enough, duh. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. Quote
User Posted May 12 Author Report Posted May 12 Yep... when he shot at police officers the last time, he was on probation for stabbing and witness intimidation. The same leftists here like @robosmith who don't care, enable and support these soft on crime policies, will also be the ones screaming the loudest about gun control. They can't even support locking the criminals up who use guns to try to kill people. Records show he was already on probation for a stabbing and witness intimidation. https://www.boston25news.com/news/local/25-investigates-suspect-brazen-cambridge-shooting-has-criminal-history/TNCMIDKIF5EY3MWRGFWCYDGEUY/?outputType=amp Quote
