So far they are crumbling before our eyes. Big battles are easy for the US to win, while small-arms or drone warfare is more problematic. So are Iranian sleeper cells. Not sure how many Iranaians are in the US, they are not allowed to enter under Donald Trump. But they probably were able to sneak in under Biden.

Canada has far more Iranians in country. Hence, likely to have more sleeper cells. At the same time, Canada's intel gathering and security apparatus are second-rate compared to the US. We are a much softer target. Therefore keep head down.

Overwhelming majority of Iranian diaspora in both Canada and US (and Europe and Australia) are good hard working pro west and highly educated citizens but you are right they are some bad apples too. For example CSIS provided the Trudeau Liberal government a list of 700 IRGC members (out of 200,000 Iranians in Canada) and regime family members in Canada. They are also active in threats against Iranian diaspora in Canada. But the passive stupid Liberal government of both Trudeau and Carney refuses to take action against these people and ignores calls for their deportation. Hopefully this weak disastrous government of Liberals will fall soon and the next conservative government will takeproper actions.
