Under Carney: Brookfield Has Signed Lots of New Deals with Foreign Countries, Canada has Signed Zero New Trade Deals with Foreign Countries

Every time Carney meets with foreign leaders, be they from Sweden, Ukraine, or elsewhere, Brookfield walks away with billions of dollars of new deals inked, and Canada gets zero dollars worth of trade deals signed. (In case people forgot, Brookfield is the company that Carney was working for, as chairman of the board, when the board unanimously voted to move their HQ to the US. Carney said that he played "No role in moving Brookfield's HQ to the US", even though no one else on earth played a bigger role in that move.) 

Now the guy who

1. "is the PM of Canada", and
2. is "not the leader of Brookfield",

keeps meeting with leaders of foreign countries that 

1. don't sign any new trade deals with Canada. Like none. Zero.
2. give Brookfield billions of dollars worth of new business that same week.

To the naked eye, it seems like Carney is still working for the company that he lied about, not for the country that he lied to. By that I mean: 

• Carney is clearly still working for the company that he lied about, and doing nothing for the country that he lied to
