gatomontes99 Posted December 29, 2025 Report Posted December 29, 2025 It appears the pipe bomber wanted a voice for the people that thought the election was stolen. I thought this had to be a hoax to frame Trump. Now, to be perfectly accurate, he does not support either the RNC or DNC and that is why he put bombs outside both HQs. I should have listened to Halob's razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. The FBI and DOJ were not complicit in some cover up. They were just really bad at their jobs. Funny how Kash and Dan were able to track this down with no new evidence. 1 Quote Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?
John Stone Posted December 29, 2025 Report Posted December 29, 2025 ............ this dirtbags defense strategy is to take advantage of Presidential clemency. to wit.... On January 20, 2025, during the first day of his 2nd term, United States president Donald Trump granted blanket clemency to all people, nearly 1,600, convicted of or awaiting trial or sentencing for offenses related to the Jan 6th United States Capitol attack that occurred near the end of his first presidential term. Most of them received full pardons, while the sentences of 14 members of the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys were commuted. More than 600 rioters had been convicted of or pleaded guilty to assault of or obstructing law enforcement officers and 170 of using a deadly weapon. 1 Quote

He was not charged at the time of the signing so he is not eligible. Edited December 29, 2025 by gatomontes99 Quote Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

WestCanMan Posted December 29, 2025 Report Posted December 29, 2025 I don't think Trump will pardon that guy at all if he planted actual bombs that were capable of doing great harm and were intended to be detonated in a manner which resulted in serious injury or death. I think the guy will face life imprisonment or death if ^that^ is the case. If the bombs were extremely weak and timed to detonate at a time when there was only a minuscule chance that anyone would be there, I still think he will face jailtime. I don't expect to see Trump show any compassion at all for an actual terrorist attack, regardless of party affiliation/non-involvement.
