Concerned Canadian Posted February 23 Report Posted February 23 Think about it where you better off in 2015 than you are now most people are probably not How about 2020 to 2025 this is when Carneys guiding hand led Trudeau by the nose to put us where we are now Carney an extreme environmentalists is this what we need to get Alberta oil and gas to the east coast and west cost Carney will never build pipelines no matter what he says Trudeau announced billions for a fast train to cut the time to travel to Ottawa to Toronto to Montreal really this is our biggest problem to borrow 10’s of billions on Carney endorsed it Carney as Trudeau advisor from 2220 to now how has that turned out billions more in debt Carney as Trudeau advisor how did that work out on cost of living ( Carney was the architect of the carbon tax in Britain who now has the highest energy prices in the world Carney said he will get rid of the consumer carbon tax if elected and replace it with a higher carbon tax on businesses who do you think will pay for the higher carbon taxes on business the consumers do we really need more bad liberal policies that increases inflation don’t be fooled by Carney The movement for Alberta to leave Canada has started up again from what I hear it’s about 15% of their population that support this currently but 85% of their population say they are angry with the way the liberal government in Ottawa has treated them Canadians should realize that Alberta pays more to the federal coffers than the rest of Canada put together for every barrel of oil sold feds get 33% tax plus Alberta’s pay a lot of income and corp.taxes The liberal government has pushed Alberta to the edge under Trudeau and his adviser Carney an election that puts Carney in charge may make them take the leap without Alberta there is no Canada as we know it we would be a third world country with enormous debt and falling revenues 1 Quote
CdnFox Posted February 24 Report Posted February 24 Yeah, we know. I loved it when the interviewer said "but if you put a tax on the steel industry won't they pass that on to consumers' and he said "no, because people don't buy steel, when was the last time you went out and bought some steel?" LOL the things we buy like cars and stoves and fridges have steel big guy The consumer will pay the tax.
