Everyone he gave blanket pardons too are now incapable of exercising their 5th amendment rights. The 5th amendment rights can only be exercised IF you can be convicted of a crime. Since they can't be prosecuted, they must testify. If they lie or omit and that can be proven, they can be prosecuted. Let's get them to DC and get the whole story.
