herbie Posted May 6, 2024 Report Posted May 6, 2024 Like I mentioned the EI ppl told the wife to claim the Covid as medical EI was bound up during Covid. She died a couple months after finally getting the EI claim through and a year later they made her estate pay back the $2000 Covid benefit. I she'd only lived another couple years and refused to pay, they would've given up. Not that she was the type to begrudge other's 'luck'. Quote
