The issue isn't the app. I used an insanely efficient app while in Hong Kong, and would have quickly been flagged if in a building where an outbreak broke out. That app worked. All businesses bought in, and it was quick and easy to scan and enter as businesses would have scanners at their entrances. The issue is the cost of the app. The incompetence awarding the building of it. It is irrelevant what Trump did. I don't think one should respond to this. Let it stand on its own.
