Glenton Gilzean, director of the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District – a unique governing body that dictates economic, tax and other policies for the nearly 25,000-acre theme park – said the change is a reversal of the Disney-appointed Reedy Creek Improvement District polices. "The so-called diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives were advanced during the tenure of the previous board and they were illegal and simply unAmerican," said Gilzean. "Our district will no longer participate in any attempt to divide us by race or advance the notion that we are not created equal," he said. Gee, boys and girls! Imagine that! An American governor who has actually read THE CONSTITUTION. (By the way, DISNEY was violating the Civil Rights Act in hiring with its own human resources department. It was called CASTING, a term that allegedly shielded the company from racial discrimination suits.
