August1991
This movie is a travesty of history. I know such places - I live in Montreal - and this movie is a bizarre teenager Californian view of life. I understand that young rich American people -teenagers- are curious. You know, Salinger. Catcher in the Wry. But, Wes Anderson is no Kurt Vonnegut. Stefan Zweig was a bad writer, sorry. Even Joseph Roth's Radetzky's March is hard to read.
