Lethbridge police say they’ve laid new charges against 59-year-old Bernard Alonzo Gibson after receiving a report of an injured woman in the basement of a south Lethbridge home on May 18. The property’s landlord called police after he found the victim, and EMS took the 30-year-old to hospital with extensive injuries. For those who thought that the whole ' crimes while on bail' thing had quieted down, it's still going on all the time. This woman has been badly physically abused (still in hospital). She will never be the same, no matter if her wounds heal or not. And it didn't need to happen. Quote "That which doesn't kill me... Had better start running."
