Trump on the other hand can't even predict the day of his arrest.

On January last year, the CIA director visited Ukraine with specific information that the Russians are going to attack. The Ukrainians were surprised, only 10 days after MI6 confirms it. They started realising the intelligence is serious.  It was this event that allowed for the logistics to eventually push the Russians back from the Hostomel airport, and prevented the taking of Kyiv. 

I didn't specify who did the work. And if the CIA knew of the attack in advance wouldn't that only be expected. And who ultimately uses information gathered by any Govorment agency, yep the President. 

Now it's much more than obvious that Kyiv was nothing more than a false front to force the Ukraine military to take up forces and resources to defend their capital while Putin plundered Eastern Ukraine. 

So once again I prefer a president who can deliver accurately on important events, not one who doesn't know what day of the week he's going to be busted

It's called proper delegation of resources by a president. Of course Biden doesn't do the work of the CIA. He also doesn't do the work of making sure the White House terlits are spotless clean 24/7 but they sure as hell are.

Trump would've received such information by the CIA and ignored it because he'd be too busy tweeting responses to Jimmy Kimmel's last episode, or worse knowingly ignored it because he has his nose up Putin's Poothole
