kiwiheretic
Hello, I'm new here. I'm not Canadian but are interested in Canadian issues. For instance the cost of living crisis over there. I usually don't run into problems with forum admins but I am not good at finding all the rules pages. Is there anything I should absolutely be aware of? Thanks. Contrarian
Welcome, traveler. You make your own road here is my opinion so far. Each forum has a category based on its topic of discussion, the top forums are Canadian followed by American, and then International / Others. The admin tolerates a lot of us that should be getting the stick once in a while, me included. You mentioned the cost of living crisis, sure there is inflation, war, pandemic, etc. which affected this country. May I ask, if your country is experiencing this issue, or do you think is limited to Canada? When I was younger used to travel a lot internationally, and have no issues discussing Tête-à-tête with any citizen of the world. 😃 Edited February 13 by Contrarian
herbie
A kiwi worried about the cost of living in Canada? If you smoke. drink or drive a car you'd be happy. If you lived on either the East or West Coast (except for Vancouver area) you'd like that too. The only real difference you'd notice is you'd find it a bit chilly for your liking for a few months every year.
