The military actually does consider him a man, for real, because his draft status was permanently set to "Hell yeah!" on the day he was born on account of the fact that he had a penis, and no amount of sex-change operations or high-heels can ever change that. Conversely, a person who was born a woman can never be subjected to the draft on account of the fact that they were born with vaginas. Truth: As far as the US military is really concerned, in the most serious and meaningful way imaginable, people born with penises are men, people born with vaginas are women, period. If Rachel Levine really wants to be a woman, he has to leave the military or he will evermore remain a perfect candidate for "Man of the Year, like it or not.
