US Constitution Amendment & federal VAT

To remain viable, the United States requires an amendment to create an independent Central Bank. The Bank's members should be named in the same way as the federal Supreme Court.

To remain viable, the United States requires a federal consumption tax - collected by each State.

The Fed should be as independent as the Supreme Court.

To pay for America, a federal sales tax is required.

The so-called framers had an Enlightenment's understanding - very wise - of how to verify decisions.

They didn't understand money.

America needs another counterweight. (I reckon that Hamilton foretold Keynes.)
