THELIBERAL Posted August 16, 2005 Report Posted August 16, 2005 All Liberals want Harper to lead the opposition party! What's their latest name again? Reform,Alliance alias Conservative? The only 2 people we would rather have as leader of the Conservatives would be Stocky Day or Peter MacKay. Peter would be good for a laugh everytime he opened his mouth and talked about honesty and integrity!!! Ask David Orchard about Peter's idea of honesty and integrity! Oh yes keep Harper we Liberals like him. Besides can he ever kick a chair! Quote

I swear in Toronto, they must have subliminal messages in everything they watch on tv, that say: "Harper is the devil, he will rob your soul and corrupt your children!" Whatever it is, the nitwits will keep on voting for the LIbs, because they are scared on the next Conservative soul-taker! LOL I still think this "T-word" will fade away, but I'll respond to him anyway! mirror Posted August 16, 2005 Report Posted August 16, 2005 Actually I think the Cons would have been better off with Joe Clark and he was from Calgary. The reality is that most Canadians still perceive the new Conservative party as Reform and or Alliance, whose policies do not appeal to mainstream Canadians. Until Harper goes the Cons are toast! Until Harper goes the Cons are toast! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yet, under the leadership of "Joe Who", they lost official party status. So how does he qualify as a good leader? A good leader if you're a Liberal! He now resorts to passing around his daughter as eye candy to win a couple votes. He is washed up and not even in contention for a new leader! Cameron Posted August 16, 2005 Report Posted August 16, 2005 I just love it, everybody is a political genius! Gimme a break Liberal tards, the day will come when we are elected again, it's in Liberal blood to continue to screw up. Quote Economic Left/Right: 3.25 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -2.26 I want to earn money and keep the majority of it.

That makes three of them in ottawa working for us. Harper, Mr. dithers and Layton. Quote
THELIBERAL Posted August 16, 2005 Author Report Posted August 16, 2005 We Liberals want you to keep Harper! Thanks for not listening to people about getting rid of him we do appreciate it! Quote

Gimme a break Liberal tards, the day will come when we are elected again, it's in Liberal blood to continue to screw up. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dude, wtf? This is a message board about politics. Of course everyone here thinks they are political geniuses. The only 2 people we would rather have as leader of the Conservatives would be Stocky Day or Peter MacKay. Peter would be good for a laugh everytime he opened his mouth and talked about honesty and integrity!!! How typically Liberal. Too dense and lazy to even troll properly. I am a supporter of the CPC and I can give a ton of names that the Liberals would rather have as leader of the Conservatives. Myron Thompson. Never happen in a million years, but by God would it be funny. He'd come off worse than Stockdale did in the U.S. Vice Presidential debate in 1992. I think I would vote Green in that case. Ralph Klein Unilingual, red-necked Albertan. How easy is he to vilify? Mike Harris The old golf pro wouldn't have that much pull in Ontario. Hated in Quebec and might actually lose the party seats in the west. Belinda Stronach Unilingual, capitalist money-grabbing opportunist. Oh wait, she could end up leading the Liberals one day.... THELIBERAL Posted August 17, 2005 Author Report Posted August 17, 2005 Bring on the election before they get rid of Harper! Liberals like Mr.Harper as leader of the Conservatives! Quote
PocketRocket Posted August 17, 2005 Report Posted August 17, 2005 A majority government does no one any good. It leaves the party in power unchecked if they make foolish decisions. I would rather see a strong and respected leader for the CP, and the same for the LIBS. As someone who has voted both ways over the past 28 years, it would be nice to actually have to consider my options rather than only have 1 obvious choice. Quote I need another coffee
THELIBERAL Posted August 17, 2005 Author Report Posted August 17, 2005 RE::As someone who has voted both ways over the past 28 years, it would be nice to actually have to consider my options rather than only have 1 obvious choice. You're right we do not have a viable alternative and we only have 1 obvious choice! LIBERAL! Quote

THELIBERAL Posted August 17, 2005 Author Report Posted August 17, 2005 RE::The really sad thing is that a lot of Canadians see it that way. Well that's because it's the truth there is no viable alternative to the Liberals. Quote
mirror Posted August 17, 2005 Report Posted August 17, 2005 There are a couple of Cons that would do a better job than Harper IMO. Bernard Lord and John Tory. But Conservatives in their wisdom will keep Harper until he loses the next election, and then the Liberals will proably be looking at acquiring a new leader as well. Quote
