World elections

I don't believe that someone who has left their homeland and accepted citizenship in another country should be entitled to vote in the elections in their homeland. Someone who is working outside of their own country but retaining their citizenship in their home land should have a vote but not those who gave up their citizenship. I see where people born in the USA of Iraqi parents are allowed to vote. I think this is not fair. No taxation without representation was an old cry now we need to say: no representation (vote) without taxation or in someway contributing to your homeland.
