Is your ballot simply has the three main parties to choose from, no none of the above. So your pigeonholed into voting for one of three criminal orginizations. Then all the votes are added up. Ex. Party 1 gets 34 percent basd on 100. Party 2 gets 33 party 3 gets 33. Now party 1s leader says I'm god and I'm going to give 33 of my capos a job in the ridings I want. Leader 2 and 3 now have to fight over who gets what. The sheeple who voted for them now may or may not get who they wanted. Not one of them got a majority which is 50% plus 1.
