Big Guy Posted April 29, 2016 Report Posted April 29, 2016 Yesterday, the NFL draft took place. Top college football players were chosen by the professional NFL teams. Laremy Tunsil was expected to be a candidate as first pick or at least in the top 5. Then Wed night, a hacked Twitter video was released: http://www.cbsnews.com/videos/laremy-tunsils-nfl-draft-stock-falls-after-twitter-hack/ Leremy was shown using marijuana. He was subsequently picked 13th overall in the draft. It has been established that the higher (sic) you are drafted, the greater your signing bonus. It is estimated that the video causing Tunsils drop to 13th in the draft cost him about $7 million. That has to be one of the most expensive joints in history. ?Impact Posted April 29, 2016 Report Posted April 29, 2016 It would be interesting to find out who did the hack, and for what purpose. Is there someone with a personal grudge out there, or possibly someone who stood to gain from this (moving up on the ranks). I have no problem with someone smoking a joint, that is a personal choice and should not be criminal. That said, it does speak to your character and health and those are factors when picking someone for a job. Much more serious however were Tunsil`s other violations of NCAA rules. Quote
