-1=e^ipi Posted October 21, 2015 Report Posted October 21, 2015 Yeah, that's not just a technical point. I've been a DRO and there is a difference between these things. Declined ballots are counted and they do mean something, probably as much as one extra vote for the Liberals in Ottawa-Vanier counts for something. My only problem with declining your ballot is that you can't decline your ballot anonymously. They should just put an option for none of the above. Quote
