KrustyKidd Posted November 21, 2004 Report Posted November 21, 2004 Since Iraq did NOT pose a threat to any other nation; nor had it attacked any other nation; Thr coalition attack was an illegal attack. It was and is NOT a war. None was declared and lest we forget Bush did announce an end to the hostilities or some such nonsense. Iraq was in violation of a ceasfire agreement in more than four violationary areas. WMD, repatriation of Kuwaiti nationals, reparation and human rights violations. They were warned repeatedly and the Member states and signatories of the agreement had authorization to do whatever it took to make Iraq comply. All this from the highest authority in the world - the UN. Which I assume superceedes any other authority. Show me something in writing that makes this illegal please. Come to think of it, wasn't this where I left you all when I posted last? And make sure you go visit Pembroke Online as well. It's a cool site with lots to offer local people and tourists alike.
