guyser
Im smelling a setup of some type. The cops must think he will perjure himself, afterall....there will be no questions asked of RoFo without the Lawyer knowing what the exact answer is. Maybe links will get established about other things that may be pending in the cops notebooks. Hell.........lets hope so. But yea, comedy gold will follow. Nothing is funnier than a sweaty irritated overweight buffoon getting eaten alive on the stand.

guyser
Can he be compelled to testify at his trial?IIUC he can be compelled to answer contradictions in testimony from the prelim but there has to be other evidence that disputes what he said, his testimony in the prelim itself is off limits. Holiday Inn and all that...YMMV
