Harper and Tremblay seem to use other people's money to buy silence/solve problems. They're spendthrifts. And Tremblay is now gone. Nemshi has a few million extra? Another spendthrift. Ford seems to be careful with money.

The question is not whether a politician is careful with their own money. Trudeau Snr was a notorious tightwad in his private life. The question is how a politician (crackhead, designer glasses, whatever) spends other people's money.
