Not Identified: 254 Null: 16 1. 1st who are the 254 people sworn permanently silent to state secrets that don't work for the government, and why? These "random people" have state secrets, yet... Parliament doesn't... hmm.. who is this mystery gang? 2. What is null suppose to mean, and how does this differ from not identified?
