GostHacked Posted February 8, 2011 Report Posted February 8, 2011 http://news.cnet.com/8301-31921_3-20027800-281.html STANFORD, Calif.--President Obama is planning to hand the U.S. Commerce Department authority over a forthcoming cybersecurity effort to create an Internet ID for Americans, a White House official said here today. This is not a National ID card .... at least not yet. ....... "The government cannot create that identity infrastructure," Dempsey said. "If it tried to, it wouldn't be trusted." And since it is outsourced it can be trusted? The way I see it, is that you will soon need a username/password .. to log on to any computer to get online. Quote

GostHacked Posted February 9, 2011 Author Report Posted February 9, 2011 The only way to get accountability and responsibility is to get rid of anonymity. Tell that to the government! Anonymous sources giving out information, with no way to verify it, because ... anonymous. Quote
