O'Reilly Radar Article on Healthcare Success in the VA

Unfortunately, the article is quite technical. However the point is that with healthcare, the challenge (and the benefit) is that you're dealing with large monolithic organizations. As such, top-to-bottom reorgs come with the changes - like it or not.

Ontario's current government loves to get involved where it shouldn't, and as such strikes me as a hopeless customer for this type of renewal.

 

Looks like someone has a new patronizing catch phrase !
