M.Dancer Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 What? Never played Monolopy? Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us
Remiel Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 I did not vote in the online poll to determine the cities. However, I will be voting with my pocketbook in not picking up this poorly updated version. If I ever wanted a new Monopoly set, I bet I could find the original Canadian Edition online. Quote

Remiel Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 But could you find an original Canadian monolopy edition? I would confer with the box of the one we have (or that I think we have), but that would require a lot of digging that I am not really interested in doing right now. Quote

Oh well, I won't belabour the humour....the joke is about the spelling typo in the headline of the Vitoria Times Colonist news-thingy MONOLOPY-Monopoly Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us
M.Dancer Posted June 23, 2010 Author Report Posted June 23, 2010 Oh, hahahaha... My bad. Quick game of sclabble? Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us
DFCaper Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 I think it is funny that the area of the country with the cheapest houses, is Boardwalk.... In Chatham-Kent you can buy a fancy house with an attached garage for less than most apartments in this country. They also have one of the highest unemployment down there and there are lots and lots of houses for sale. Anyone from TO. that wanted to retire, could sell their home, buy a house, a new car and have money for whatever. Quote
Sir Bandelot Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 What? Never played Monolopy? Nobody gets it, because we thought it was just another one of your typos. With you it's always hard to tell. (Generally known as the Earl of Erratum...) Quote
