But it does seem to suggest best practices for adults as well: As well as young people bullying their peers, some adults (particularly teachers) have alsofound themselves targets of online abuse and harassment. ... • exclusion – blocking an individual from a popular group or community, deleting them from friendship lists, and/or using ‘ignore functions’; I'm wondering if it's unavoidable that government eventually wades into personal relationships, much in the same way the tribe was involved in everyones' personal affairs, so long ago.
