Topaz Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 Did any of you watched the rest of the videos? I think the message is that politicans, here PM after winning one of his elections, was giving a speech about how Canadians are strong and free and justice for all etc. Well, these people in the videos found out that not so when it comes to the police, the justice system and CAS. I think though its more a provincial affair than a federal, but, it could be both, I guess. Quote

Human rights issue in Canada is not just in Ontario, CAS is everywhere. Bully happened everywhere too. bjre Posted April 3, 2010 Author Report Posted April 3, 2010 (edited) Ummmm. People's "rights" are being taken away all the time due to 'something they do wrong.' Try killing someone and see how long you maintain your "rights." Do you mean people's right should be taken away when they did something wrong same as a murder? The woman did not kill any other. I assume you did not. And you still did not answer my question, have you ever did something wrong? if you did, do you believe you should be treated same as a murder? CAS didn't take away "all her human rights," it took away her right to custody of her child. But please enlighten me. How do you know "it wasn't her fault," and what, exactly, is "it?" Nowhere in that video does it so much as touch on either one of those issues. The point is CAS being the evil. They legally attacked the woman based on lies. They knew that clearly. They fear of truth. They intentionally bully the woman with lies. As soon as they find the woman has the evidence, they began to fear and close the case as soon as possible with no reason clarified. Here is the other piece of the video about the woman which shows the true face of the evil CAS: This video gives one mother's testimony on the subject of secretly recording conversations with child protection workers at all times. Legislators in every jurisdiction should pass legislation to protect parents and children by giving them the RIGHT to openly record all conversations and meetings with child protection workers. This will put an end to much of the abuse of children and families by workers who abuse their power and authority in secret. Child protection workers who do their jobs honestly and professionally should have nothing to fear from openly recording meetings. Yet, everyday, workers and CAS lawyers threaten parents who attempt to record openly. What are these child protection workers and thier taxpayer funded lawyers so afraid of? bjre Posted April 3, 2010 Author Report Posted April 3, 2010 (edited) You have asked all the unanswered questions. This womans plea falls on deaf ears in this case. Besides this thread should be in Federal politics. This is not a federal issue. This is a left wing snow job on Harper. Don`t fall for this one folks. This is not about left wing or right wing, it is about human right. As you so care about women's human right even in a Muslim country, I suppose you will be more care about human right in your homeland and will be willing to fight for it, instead of fearing the topic and try to deny it with all your courage and integrity lost suddenly. There are many such things, for example, here: http://www.mapleleafweb.com/forums//index.php?showtopic=13562&view=findpost&p=527066 Edited April 3, 2010 by bjre Quote "The more laws, the less freedom" -- bjre "There are so many laws that nearly everybody breaks some, even when you just stay at home do nothing, the only question left is how thugs can use laws to attack you" -- bjre "If people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny." -- Thomas Jefferson

Here is the other piece of the video about the woman which shows the true face of the evil CAS: I've already stated that I have a heap of complaints about the CAS system. But I don't believe that there is a systematic strategy to steal away kids from people simply because they've made mistakes. Most CAS orgs have in-home interventions as their first objective. If it does not seem like a safe environment can be provided, then removal of the children to a foster home is the next step. The last step, to permanently remove a child, takes the involvement of the courts and serious consideration from many parties. It takes a lot of breakdown on the part of the parent for a child to become a ward of the crown. Again, it would be a lot easier to judge this situation if we actually had facts on the matter. But we don't. So, while I sympathize with this woman's desire for liberty, I don't have any proof that she has fulfilled the associated responsibilities. Edited April 3, 2010 by dizzy Quote
Alta4ever Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 This has got to be the worst thread I have read, I would like my ten minutes back please. 1. For CAS to show up at you door and take your children, you must of been doing something horribly wrong. 2. bjre, you obviously don't know what a freedom is or how it works I have come to believe you are a propagandist for china. Muddy Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 Bjre, why did CAS take this womens child away? You seem to think she did nothing wrong . What was she accused of? Who filed a complaint to CAS? Was it a family member? A teacher and school? Why do you and the lady in question call this Federal matter when it is a Municipal matter or provincial? It definately is not Federal. I don`t particuarly like Harper but blaming him for something outside of his jurisdition is over the top. Now how about giving us the whole truth in this case? Alta4ever has given me something to think about. Are you as he suspects shilling for Mao`s Red China? How about answering some questions? There is a lot of truth missing in your posts. Ever hear of lieing by omission of all the facts? Quote

Ever hear of lieing by omission of all the facts? OK, let's assume she did something wrong, for example, suppose she had wear a burka, what is your idea? use stone to kill her so that her human right be completely taken away? When a private agency, that has government granted power and with the support of one of the strongest police force and most powerful court in a developed country, dealing with a weak woman, why do they fear of let a ombudsmen to investigate the cases be complaints? why are they so fear of video/audio recording and threat others not use it? why they close the case in such a hurry as soon as they know their meeting had been secret recorded. So you began to stand with the strong state machine against the weak woman. So if any woman in Canada meet any human rights issue, you will accuse her without any evidence and using all what you can suspect, why a woman in another country, you will attack that culture/religion/government there. When you show no care about people's human rights near your home, of your own nation, those could be your brothers and sisters, all human right you are talking about are just lies. Now it is clear you are just another hypocritical poor man who can only repeat what lobbyist talking in the media without your own thought. What a pity. You can't, but the post did smoke out that he/she cares not about the infringement of human rights by their own government in causing the death of 10's of millions of his/her fellow citizens. A person who displays little apathy for this kind of lack of respect for human life is going to try to lecture us on Canadian human rights is disgusting and very hypocritical.
