Jerry J. Fortin Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 I wonder what folks make of these wild market swings? Hard to believe there is any kind of recovery going on with such instability in the markets. Quote
Moonbox Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 It's just speculators cashing in on short term gains. They'll drive it back up again and then sell again over and over. M.Dancer Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 I wonder what folks make of these wild market swings? Hard to believe there is any kind of recovery going on with such instability in the markets. The fluctuations are hardly wild and dramatic....some profit taking followed buying... Sir Bandelot Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 No real improvements will be made until consumer confidence returns, and that has not happened. Until then its a blip in the graph. A fly speck. And our bankers and politicians want to make a big deal and trumpet the sound of success, over that fly speck. The foundations of this system are based on corruption, and in this age of information, people have come to know this. I doubt that consumers will return to the level of care free buying they once did in the past. To think that this fly speck indicates that our problems are over, is like giving a drug addict more dope, and calling them "cured" because they start to feel good. Quote
