The Americans didnt always put on trial Nazi prison guards caught at the camps! there is many instances they were shot right there.....so should be Al Qaeda! Quote

They are 'shot right there'....unless taken prisoner. How would a soldier know the person to be executed is al queda? Do they wear a uniform? Carry ID cards? Have identifying tatoo's? And, in fact, nobody seems to make much effort to take such people alive.
