Red Cross report: Gazans ‘in despair’

Sorry for resurrecting this thread but I just noticed the above post which is so filled with fallacies and incorrect statements that I just couldn't leave it uncontested.

Israel isn't ruled by the Knesset, it's ruled by the Mossad and its katsas spread across the globe.

A false statement with no backup and no basis in fact.

Considering the fundamentals of Judaism, the land of Israel can only be rightfully established by the Messiah

Israel is not a theocratic state. It's basis for existence is not in Judaism, but in the right of a people to aspire to self-determination in their homeland.

not by their international partners who steal the land from individuals who have been rightfully settled there for generations.

Since when is buying, "stealing"?

Also, anyone who denies the occurrence of the Holocaust, is ignorant and closed off from the rest of the world. I have Jewish colleagues, as well as ethnic Polish relatives, whose parents and grandparents are no longer alive because they were murdered by the Nazi and Soviet menaces, along with the other millions who were wrongfully butchered, such as Slavs, gypsies, and many others.

True.

The heinous tragedies that this culture has experienced in the past, however, does NOT give it the right to oppress their neighbors in the Middle-East.

Indeed it does not. However, Israel was not founded because of the Holocaust, this is a fallacy espoused by revisionists of history. The movement to establish a Jewish home in the region had started long before, and comes out of the legitimate aspirations of a people for self-determination. And Israel's interactions with the people's around it have been results of the hostility and repeated attempts at genocide that these "neighbors" have carried out.

I am not anti-semetic, or anti-judaism, or any other term used to describe someone who speaks out against Israel's war crimes

Those terms are not used to describe someone who "speaks out against" Israel. Rather, they are used to describe those whose statements relate hatred of Jews. You have not yet made such statements here, though other posters on this board have on occasion.

I am pro-peace, and completely for unadulterated cooperation in the 'Holy Land' as well as the rest of the world.

Unadulterated cooperation... what does that even mean?

Their recent invasion on the Gaza Strip

By invasion, you mean retaliation.

the deaths on both sides of the belligerents, and the near-countless settlements that followed, are all crimes against humanity

Actually the deaths of the opposing side's "belligerents" are precisely the goal of such an operation, and are not crimes of any kind. And there are no settlements in Gaza, neither before nor after the 2009 operation.

and against the peace that is desperately trying to develop there.

Peace is not a living thing that "tries to develop". Peace is established when two sides want to come into peaceful coexistence, because they see it is better for them than continued hostility. For Israel to make peace, it needs someone to make peace with. There is no such entity among the Palestinians.

Hamas, as well as Hezbollah, are registered political parties, of which many remain oblivious to their true functions, which include economic development, social programs and aid to the disabled or unfortunate. Only after Israel threatened their sovereignty and their functions together did they turn to armed retaliation.

A complete perversion of history. Feel free to educate yourself about the origins of either Hamas or Hezbollah.

And if neither side cease these heinous attacks on each other, the Middle East will be a smoldering rock of glass in no time.

Israel will not let that happen.

We said, "never again," for occurrences just like these. Let's make it a reality, before it's too late.

You have a complete misunderstanding of what the phrase "never again" refers to, in the context you are using it.
