Look at it this way, you can buy a car here and help some citizen keep a job or get one, or decide not to buy a Canadian car and employ the citizen of some other country. As long as the product is good, I will buy Canadian, I will even pay extra for it! Quote

Magna has experience building entire cars. Besides the extensive work they do with the big 3, they also build complete vehicles for Mercedes, BMW, and Jeep. Quote
Smallc Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 Actually, the cars they want to build in Canada are related to some that they worked on with ford. They're fully electric and can go 160kms on a chard in a Ford Focus chassis. Quote
