The US just unwilling to say, the 2 wars (in Iraq and Afghanistan) the to most large cost they have spent the make the unbalance of cost and income.

Canada does have the balance problem problem. Ineffective jail, court, cops, laws, CAS, army, and many others cost much, and income is not enough even import many immigrants try to generate more income larger than expanse people, that is still not enough to solve the problem. The most important is checking the laws to see if it is affordable for current economy situation of Canada.

See what California did.

To do it in such a passive way is worse than do it in a proactive way to abolish the unnecessary laws that cost so much and do so little good to society, some laws even cause problem more than it solved.

But since then the California economy has tanked, dragging his budget - and potentially his entire reputation - down with it. The figures are hideous. By this summer the state's budget deficit is expected to reach $21bn (£13bn) and by next, an astonishing $40bn (£25bn). Drastic cuts in state services look inevitable. That could see tens of thousands of teachers and firefighters losing their jobs, almost 40,000 prisoners released early from jail, and benefits slashed for some of the poorest and most vulnerable in California society, including children and battered wives. Schwarzenegger's popularity rating, which used to be as healthy as his Hollywood box-office takings, has plummeted to a George Bushian 33%.
