punked Posted March 27, 2009 Author Report Posted March 27, 2009 How about a link to the budget, instead of some DNC web ad? Ohhhhh so now outside sources are a bad thing? Well from the horses mouth the 16 page budget plan. http://www.gop.gov/solutions/budget/road-to-recovery-final Quote
Shady Posted March 28, 2009 Report Posted March 28, 2009 I did a little research, and this is much ado about nothing. Apparently Rep. Paul Ryan has been working on a very detailed budget which is set to come out next week. And apparently a few Republicans decided to jump the gun yesterday, instead of waiting for the real and finished document. Quote
punked Posted March 28, 2009 Author Report Posted March 28, 2009 (edited) I did a little research, and this is much ado about nothing. Apparently Rep. And apparently a few Republicans decided to jump the gun yesterday, instead of waiting for the real and finished document. By a few do you mean their Congressional leader who announced it yesterday? Or the whip Eric Cantor? When the two Republican leaders (besides Rush right?) are the ones who announce it you can't say "it was just a few Republicans". You get to say it was the Congressional Republicans (ps Congress comes up with the budget so they are showing us what we would get if they were in charge) or the Republican party because the budget I posted is right from the RNC web site. In Fact it looks like a majority of republicans "jumped the gun". Then they looked stupid (for being stupid after being bated by Obama) and tried to spin the way you are. Here is Eric Cantor Here is Boehner presenting it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MHZPbsQyGe4 You look stupid when you try to lie like this Shady. You are better then this you can Spin better then that try this line next time "It is an outline with the exact details coming out this week" for your spin next time. I think I linked the report but I will spell it out for you because I know conservatives hate to read. 52.9% in the lowest income bracket would pay MORE under the GOP plan in comparison to the Obama plan. 98.3 in the highest income bracket would pay LESS under the GOP plan in comparison to the Obama plan. Don't believe me read the link. Quote
