Lets look at the family that McGinty declares are so wonderful.. One woman one child - wonderful! Two woman no children- wonderful! Two lesbian woman with one natural child, sperm supplied by a gay friend who masterbated into a test tube while viewing the photo of a 17 year old male Italian super model... Wonderful! One man with one dog...family? - Wonderful! One single spinstress (older mature female) with one dog wearing baby clothes and a single cat that has a place mat on a the human dinner table...family? - Wonderful! Two gay men in mutual domestic play house bliss - with one stolen child courtesy of the Childrens Aid Society...who because of a lot of "disposable income" could hire a real sneaky well connected lawyer...to persecute and demean the bio parents because they were poor ---- family? Wonderful! One divorced father living in a small room with plasitc curtains who was raped and pillaged by the self serving court system who sends off 2000 dollars a month to an adulterous wife and a child that is not genetically his - so here boyfriend can by bass boats and beer with his hard earned money ---- Congrats Mr. McGinty -------You and yours did a fine job under the Family Service act - that is supposed to protect the traditional family ---apparently and evidently - no one read the document. Not saying that the family has gone to hell...just mentioning the political correctness that is used by people like McGinty for the purpose of re-election. After all you know these political types - they just love to rule by poll and pander....If the majority of say Toronto's population found it trendy to eat their second born and they potentially voted liberal - McGinty would have declared - Family Feast Day.....yummy! To declare a day for the family but not to offer this time and tried institution any support or protection from the social engineers is a travesty...what has McGinty and his buddy Mayor Miller done for the family lately? -----taxed their homes to the point - where the "family" celebrates family day with Kraft dinner and weiners? You see my point...now stop being such a baby or I will adopt you and send you to a new kind of residential school...run by retired members of city council... Quote

Cute...as for no one reading the document that is the Family Service Act...I stand slightly corrected. I am sure all those concerned with ruling the province have read it and studied it in full....and I am sure requests were made by the powers that be to have their lawyers translate it in a fashion that suits their needs to create a utlitarian utopia. Actually ------------------put plainly so you can understand what family is ----and the power that it generates. One woman and one man who agree to create one child and more ....with this traditional arrangement - patriachy and matriarchy form and from this formation independence and power is generated to the member and extended members of the tribe (famil) - This can not be tolerated by our weak and pitiful rules because - independent and happy people are confident and will not submit to mediocre rulers of limited intelligence and character....... If you have not noticed the family as we used to know it is being incrimentally removed from the land scape - some beleive that tribalism or family is the root of all disorder ---why do you think we are in Afganistan? To ball bust the tribes and "liberate" the females so they can turn tricks and be free from those nasty patriarcal monsters...the woman could have her own money ---at the price of here diginity and human worth....Happy Tribal Day. Wonderful! Actually, I think they use a turkey baster and a photo of Pat Haggard. A family is not just mother, father and children. I know two moms with an adopted son. He is deaf, so they have learned to sign Bible stories. He is the centre of their universe and he knows it, and will grow up to be tolerant and accepting. Just because we see a 'nuclear' family, doesn't mean that we should immediately get all warm and fuzzy. We have no idea what happens at home. Anytime I see children who are happy and well cared for, I don't care who's raising them and am proud that the Ontario Premier makes all children feel that they have a place in this province; regardless of family dynamics. Family dynamics is stretching it. There is nothing mean spirited in my post..It's just the change factor..we could blame the demise of the tradtional family on a lot of variables..but those that sustained the institution - did so because they had the will to do so. Those that failed because of issues and mating improperly are not to be blamed either - The world is an imperfect place when it comes to learning - some learn quickly and some slowly and some not at all. Toleration is good - providing you do not grow up being tolerant and accepting of destructive forces that are anti-human and anti-life. My irksomeness may be from witnessing what takes place in the family law system...how it abuses both men woman and children - I did mention the gay couple with the high priced educations and lawyers...my point was one based in the socio-economic realm..I have seen people who are disadvantaged and constantly stressed about money enter in to the courts and have their chidren taken - to eventually becoming wards of the state...then some others with money and aggressive council take charge of a child to supposedly give him or her a better life. These situations bother me in the fact that the poor are sometimes robbed of the only wealth they have - their offspring...and I find that sad and unexceptable. Quote
