Layoffs mean more than a lengthy job search.....could mean a one-way ticket back home. Even the outsourcing frenzy for high skill talent, already slowing before this, is at a standstill and reversing. As we use First nations to describe what Americans term as Indian. That is just how it is. Calling them African Canadians is a term most in the black community feel stupid they look at themselves as Canadians most do not even know where they came from before they arrived here.
