May he rest in piece for eternity. CBC I was watching a mini feature about this gentleman yesterday and was reading about him today and I agree he did seem like a good representation for his riding. I tend to be more generous to him as a minister. Northern Affairs has done a great deal for my community. Quote

The department was hard working. I just don't think he was a particularly effective minister. The issue of the hydro line comes to mind. Quote
