Transparency in government; he has made slight progress, but he has definately made improvement with honesty in government.

Fixed elections is a good idea, but can only concievably work for majority governments, otherwise it would be undemocractic.

To preventing party hopping would be likewise undemocratic.

We have no history of electing senate members, however that would be good, abolishing it would also be good, it is not unusual to have senate members as cabinet members, so minister is not a big stretch.

No poison here.

Has he now? Care to share how? And improvements by ensuring that only questions he preapproves get asked, by avoiding media scrums.... shall I go on?

So instead, he conveniently chooses to call an election when the chance of a majority arises. Odd how that worked out eh? Any way you stretch it, it was political opportunism, something he criticized the Liberal government for.

Then why campaign like it was such a crime when Belinda did it? Back then it was argued that people not only voted for the person, but also the party. It was argued that Belinda should run in a by-election.

Agreed, however, once again, Harper campaigned against 'assigning' Senate members, and then did so himself.

No poison here.

Except that there really is no reason to believe anything this man says. ;)

Nobody actually wants equality. It's just a word thrown around to achieve one's own superiority.
