Guest American Woman Posted August 19, 2008 Report Posted August 19, 2008 QUOTE=American Woman: Perhaps he's waiting until oh-so-classy McCain comes clean about his affair with Vicki Iseman. Or, until Barack Obama comes clean about his affair with Scarlett Johansson. Sure. In fact, let's just cut to the chase and say until everyone comes clean about everything they've ever been accused of, eh? Regarding your "truth detector" claim, I must say, you do have an uncanny ability to detect the truth-- as you see it. Quote
Shady Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 Sure. In fact, let's just cut to the chase and say until everyone comes clean about everything they've ever been accused of, eh? Regarding your "truth detector" claim, I must say, you do have an uncanny ability to detect the truth-- as you see it. I'm going to interpret that as a compliment, and simply say thank you. And also say thank you to Rush Limbaugh, from whom I stole it. Quote
BubberMiley Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 I was making a point regarding the Vicki Iseman lie. John McCain never called the Iseman story a lie. He never denied it at all. Your "truth" involves projecting assumptions about matters you know nothing about (i.e., McCain's personal life). FTA Lawyer Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 For all of the mindless "I know you are but what am I" going on here, you fools should all run for public office. For the love of all things good and holy...Some people cheat on their spouses and then lie about it...irrespective of their political affiliations. I would not have thought that necessary to point out, but look at this ridiculous thread... Humans are not perfect. Show me a perfect politician and I'll show you a person who has gone to very great lengths to keep truth out of the public domain. While the cheating on the spouse is certainly unimpressive, it is the effortless lying about it that would worry me if this guy wanted to be my representative. FTA Quote
