Woman Dies Trying to Cross Illegally into the U.S.

This tells about how this woman died in the desert, trying to cross illegally into the US.

The family wants the US to put an end to desert crossing but once again they blame the U.S. while they never blame the smuggler who left this woman for dead, and nowhere do they apologize for their daughter attempting to come over to the US illegally and use the their resources normally available for citizens.

This woman was wrong, she and her supporters need to take responsibility for their own actions, Are we supposed to hang our heads and be ashamed because she chose to do this?

You're right. This is crap. It's like blaming cops because bankrobbers get shot. It's very sad and all, but tough luck. She chose to do something illegal, suffered the consequences, and died by her own actions. At the very end of the clip, they blame the smuggler, but the rest of the clip is clearly putting the onus on the US for sinningly trying to stop illegal immigration, which is refered to rather benignly throughout as "migration, and "looking for work," and "being drawn northward."

This woman's misfortune notwithstading, I am proud that illegal immigrants are willing to die for access to the wicked USA. Few weeks back they pulled another stiff out of an airliner landing gear wheel well.

Maybe landmines are the answer....but that would drive some Canucks nuts. And hell, they would still keep crossing illegally, north and south.

Just happy to return the favor. We know that Canadians just love land mines, especially te ones disguised as toy trucks and baby dolls.

And of course...Canadians would never ever ever cross the border illegally.

There are very few countries that "love" land mines. They kill innocents as often as they kill the intended.

And,.... where did anyone say that no Canadian would ever cross the border illegally? I'd love to see that. I don't think, however, Canadians are waiting in droves to cross your border illegally because they can't do it legally. Mexicans and Central Americans are, imo, crossing into the US mostly because they can't make a reasonable life in their own countries. I'm not saying that the US is not a good place to live, but most people don't leave a homeland for that type of uncertainty unless their lack of opportunity and comfort where they are is severe.

Damnest thing. It's not hard finding people complaining about the US but there are always lots more people that want to get into it than leave it. In fact the only people that want to leave it are illegals because they are scared about being deported back to their homeland. How many native born Americans have any desire to live in other countries?
