  1. UN resolutions are not binding unless someone decides to enforce them such as now being done in Libya. And with regard to the above resolution, if that were to be enforced Russia would need to give back land to Finland, and the US would give back states to Mexico.
  2. Trade is great as long as it is balanced. Once it is imbalanced, someone falls into debt to another, and soon there is no way out. The bottom line is if people, families or countries can not live within a budget, bad things happen to them. Pretty soon, you have sold your soul to your own glut.
  3. The history of Palestine is reflected in its postal history. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postage_stamp...ry_of_Palestine "In the era of modern postage, the postal administrations in Palestine have included Austrian, French, Italian, German, Egyptian, and Russian post offices (through arrangements made with the Ottoman Empire), the Egyptian Expeditionary Forces, the British Mandate, and various interim authorities in the lead up to and after the 1948 Arab-Israeli war. Since 1948, postal services have been provided by Egypt, Jordan, Israel, and the Palestinian National Authority." It obviously was not an independent country, but an area under managed control by others. Like Palestine, Jerusalem has been under managed control over the years, presently Jewish. The history of the Grand Mufti was covered in a History Channel documentary. His support of Hitler was because he was against anything Jewish, especially emigration to Palestine/Israel. He is in part responsible for the holocaust because he fought to deny Hitler the option of sending the Jews there.
  4. http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/20...would-have.html Funny how if it hurts to have Muslim roots, hide them. If it helps to have Muslim roots, parade them.
  5. I think your peace plan is way too complicated and drawn out ever to reach a table of negotiation, and the "rich beyond their wildest dreams" part is really cute.
  6. It is bad for Israel in that Israel's big brother is sending the message that "I no longer will support you in whatever you do". Obama's Christian roots are not as deep as some given his being born a Muslim, attending a Muslim school early in life, and I believe it is called "life perspective" ala MS. Sotomayor.
  7. http://news.yahoo.com/s/mcclatchy/3241898 "Israel on edge as US presses to halt settlements" It seems that the Obama election is going to mean bad news to Israel. It will be interesting to see what will happen over the next four years. Israel will not get the preferencial treatment it got under GW, which is understandable given Obama's Islamic roots.
  8. My father was born in Germany, came over when he was three. Maybe I can become a citizen of Germany/Europe. More fun. http://www.palmbeachpost.com/localnews/con...nship_0608.html http://www.richw.org/dualcit/ Just as long as dual citizenship does not mean dual taxation. Yes folks, we are moving to a one world government. Anyone speak Chinese?
  9. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1239931833...l?mod=yhoofront We just saw this online, and lo and behold my wife's dead father was born in Canada and renounced his Canadian citizenship to become a US citizen so he could practice law. Now the wife wants to research the idea of getting dual Canada/US citizenship, and the three underage kids as well. How fun is that?
  10. Your referring to Christ is inappropriate here. What Christ would have done is irrelevent since you are talking about the Jews and the Muslims. You are not talking New Testament vs Koran, you are talking Old Testament vs Koran. Rules, damn it.....there are no rules.
  11. I agree. These people lob bombs for years, provoke a response, and then want to claim war crimes? It is laughable.
  12. Islam is unique among religions because of its intolerance. It has been described as 'bipolar' because you can find scripture to support any position.
  13. You are right, I think freedom of speech should be protected to allow to comment whatever about the holocaust, or print or comment on these cartoons. http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...en_crescent.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...en_bombhead.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...osten_glory.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...sten_thumb2.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...ten_desert2.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a..._cartoonist.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...preaching.0.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...schoolboy.0.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...ten_censor2.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...en_virgins2.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...ten_prstunt.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...ten_lineup2.jpg http://www.zombietime.com/mohammed_image_a...ns/PICT1379.jpg
  14. Your utube video shows a NYC rally in support of Israel. Hardly people acting like nazis. What really upsetting is Islams intolerance and violence against other religions, and against women. Now that is really barbaric. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGaXxtvf2bM...feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rgSH0h45Eo...feature=related
  15. Her biggest fight might be the primary challenge coming from within her own party. NYS is so heavily Democrat, the Republicans should quit that party and try and make a difference within the Democrat party, as Ms. Gallibrand seemingly has done.
