    That was my Question too but as i understand it refuse to appear before the committee ministers or staff may get you a contempt of Parliament if a subpoena is issued to you like a court!!!

    true but the RCMP sent out a statement indicating they are looking in to this!. This time it was not referred to the RCMP by the PMO!
