  1. 1) Men are less likely to report when victimized by women 2) female victims include children abused and killed by mothers; domestic violence rates in gay relationships is also quite high. forum name: Travel, Leisure and Sports you still don't know that after 11,000+ posts
  2. Thank European civilization for our rights and freedoms. No other culture has developed such a sophisticated philosophy and system for ensuring individual human rights. If it wasn't for Europe, billions of people would be living in abject poverty and ignorance, without rights or access to education and modern health care.
  3. No doubt there won't be a peep from feminists about this one, because as we all know they just can't admit that women are violent and men are often victims.
  4. Shady, don't for get this one -- it's one of the WORST...
  5. Six Nations busing in anarchist protesters from outside of Caledonia doesn't help.
  6. Oh, sorry, I meant "Boots". Don't matter, they're all related, they're all the same. So they were "friends" before this and now Powless decides to hold him hostage and terrorize the old guy?
  7. You mean like Thornhill, for example? How is this an example of anti-Semitism. Harper has been openly pandering to the "Jewish vote". Feel free to google "Jewish vote Canada" and read the articles relating to this topic that have appeared in the mainstream media over the last few years. It's clear that the "Jewish vote" is largely determined by the party's stance on Israel, not internal Canadian issues. That's what this is all about. If you want to be one of those fruits who have to label everything as anti-Semitism then why don't you go take a swim to Israel and leave Canada for the true Canadians. But whatever the case, this isn't just about Jews, rather numerous groups that vie to influence our government based solely on specific external issues.
  8. Yes, I did visit it and that's why I was asking. I don't recall seeing anything on those issues, but I'll check again later. So it is essentially another Reform Party. If this undermines the CPC's support, I have no problem with that. The Reform swallowed the PCs - the name is just a cover, we all really know it's basically still the Reform party.
  9. If you really want to get people involved, you should have called it "Party Central of Canada" and run on a platform of partying, clubbing, and other hedonistic-oriented social concepts. Most Canadians are apolitical and really aren't all that interested in being induced into greater political awareness. So you could say that your party is dead in the water. Will it be ready for a fall elections? Will it even be able to run candidates as independents if need be? I doubt it. Also, your platform comes across as a lite version of the former Reform Party. So where does the party stand on social issues, health care, the economy, the environment. What about the Senate and the Monarchy?
  10. But the Europeans essentially did build this country all by themselves. Are you suggesting that Natives have an equal stake in the building of Canada simply because they were squatting on land and the resources there under that they only had a very limited ability to exploit? You seem to misunderstand the use of the word "theory" in a scientific context. The science behind determining that the Natives migrated to North America is quite sound, but science will never state that something like this is 100% proven thus it remains technically a theory.
  11. Tensions rise when Six Nations decides to provoke some sort of response. Also, you make an issue about McHale etc. not being from Caledonia, but what do I read on Lissner's website: "Protesters bussed in by CUPE's First Nations Solidarity Working Group show their opposition to the formation of the Caledonia Militia." So most of these "protesters" are either Six Nations or from out of town. You're not even from Caledonia yourself. I think many of these people are members of AW@L, which is essentially an anarchist group.
  12. Pretty childish. And no one here except maybe tango would agree with you. Anyway, back to the issue. Thought I'd post an article from the Sachem about the smoke shop and why it is an example of a militia being needed. I think it's disgusting how that senior is deliberately and specifically being targeted. Clyde Powless is a vile piece of scum for what he's doing. http://www.sachem.ca/news/article/179631
  13. There's nothing she can do to gain any credibility whatsoever.
  14. What do you mean by "last time"? I don't know what you mean by this. But whatever the case, you and tango are the only ones here engaging in personal attacks. I think you need to be more respectful of others.
  15. Here's you last post before the moderator warned you to give it a rest...
  16. I found this interesting blogger: http://sixnationssupporter.blogspot.com/
  17. So what? Doesn't change the fact that he was militant Islamic radical.
  18. He's politely referring to you and tango.
