If there is some mapping between genes and semi-arbitrary testing like IQ, it's considerably more complex than "Eurasians are smarter than Africans", which, as I point out, is a pretty questionable statement anyways, considering, as I said, that the highest degree of genetic dissimilarity between populations is in Africa. The reality is that humans, even the most diverse groups in Sub-Saharan Africa, are far more closely related than even some neighboring wild chimp populations. Just as importantly, the intelligence tests so often used to "prove" things like the Bell Curve are socio-economically and culturally biased that it's difficult to say whether they represent any kind of reality at all.
