  1. Dude if you want someone to look at a specific few seconds of footage, you can do better than say "5th or 6th part". Grats on high school physics lol.

each part is approx. 15 minutes long. Got the time to post this much? Got the time to watch the 5th and 6th part.

8:41pm - 7:03pm = lots 'o time to watch the footage instead of attempting juvenile prodding.

  2. Umm, when a plane transitions into a region of appropriate humidity or pressure, it can start to form condensation trails where before it was not forming any. This can happen almost instantly, as you describe, as if someone "flipped a switch". That's because water condensing from its vapor to liquid phase due to the pressure drop caused by the plane's passage is a process that either happens or does not happen, there is a precise threshold value. Either the pressure drop is sufficient, or it is not. The plane could be passing through a region of increasing humidity, for example. On one side of a given point in the air, the humidity is just a tad too low, on the other side it is a tad past the threshold. The moment it passes it, instantly, the condensation trails will start to form.

You can wax scientific as much as you want, if it makes you feel good. But I f'ing aced physics in high school, buddy, and I'm telling you someone opened a valve. I think the footage I speak of is in the 5th or 6th part of the 7 part online doc.

Please check it out before you, umm, condescend.

  3. The gov use your tax dollars to sell drugs for the medical industry.

The family doctors recommend Vitamin D to many people without doing any check.

You don't know if that will have some side effect someday.

The family doctors don't know that either.

They just sell it for profit.

That is the way where your tax dollars are wasting.

Are you a private health care lobbyist?

Because Vitamin D is the least expensive drug a family doctor could recommend.

Some family doctors just using their time payed by tax to sell drugs for the company Market America (Isotonix). Not only Vitamin D, but also OPC-3, they have show shelves in the waiting room for the drug company.

... and cynicism about our tax-payer-funded health care only helps the private companies move in and ruin everything.

  4. Some say Vitamin D is the most important, some say it's B. But does anyone know why I can't find the 2,000 IU capsules of Vitamin D anymore? Some say it's a conspiracy...

Is it true Health Canada recommends only 600 IU of Vitamin D per day? Is that due to pharmaceutical lobbyists infecting our country? Lobbyists who's employers want to sell less vitamins and more of the expensive drugs?

  5. Some Baboons will accuse me of sporting a tin-foil tophat, and I've been skeptical about it... but I recently watched the October-released Documentary "What in the world are they spraying?!" online and... well... those clouds aren't normal.

The most convincing footage for me is the super-powered-lens, close-up video of a huge plane flying along with no contrails. Then, like someone inside flipping a switch or opening a valve, friggin' clouds start spewing out of the wings, waaaay up there.

Hope I'm not reposting something you all already have seen... Check it out:

What in the world are they spraying?!

  6. The Supreme Court conferred today on whether arguments should be heard on the merits of Kerchner v. Obama, a case challenging whether President Barack Obama is qualified to serve as president because he may not be a "natural-born citizen" as required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.

Isn't this just a last-breath attempt by the racist republicans who started the rumour about Obama's origins in the first place?

  7. That's the truth of it. We're a chicken-shit country who couldn't even deal with one of our own kids who went `astray'. We're a quietly racist, self-righteous bunch of pompous fools who assume superiority over countries who employ child soldiers and torture, yet we end up treating those kids as soldiers and excusing torture when finally faced with the mess. Yup, the true north; weak and hypocritical.

  8. On Khadr's `court':

...I think you better qualify that even better. It's not the Americans and certainly not the administration. It is the prosecution in Guantanamo Bay of a legal process that even the American Supreme Court did not agree with.

    On Canada's shame:

Instead of being exemplary as we were when we started the whole concept of a child soldier, now that we're being tested by having one of ours... we just don't wanna get into the nuts and bolts of how do we handle this inside our country so why not abdicate it to the next guy...
I would contend that bringing him into our process and figuring out how to handle him... demonstrates a lot more intestinal fortitude and maturity by a country like us than simply walking out and abandoning him to another state.

Thank you, General Romeo Dallaire. You speak the truth, sir.

Khadr content starts after the first 6 minutes:

  9. No i mean the tape omar and his terrorist buddies made and was found at the scene of the crime, you remember that tape don't you....I goggled it and found over 250,000 sites.....

It should be quite easy to cut and paste one then...

Or, even easier, which keywords did you "Goggle"? "Omar" and "terrorist buddies"?

How about "scared, uncertain kid trying to impress his peers and elders"?

Seriously, what friggin' tape was found "at the scene of the crime"? Did the bombs somehow miss the VCR in the mud hut?!

  10. It was the `cool' attitude in the early part of this decade to dismiss the U.N. I'm not sure if it's a symptom of the growing cynicism in North America or a desired, and propagated, opinion of the rich, powerful, and criminally-minded types like Carl Rove and George Bush who find the U.N. getting in their way but there is no better organization for achieving world peace so why did Harper's regressive conservatives `dis' it?

And please don't pretend NATO is an alternative to an actual world-wide forum.

I wonder if we were shut out of the security council because we can't even abide by the International treaties we sign...

  11. The UN has many different organizations within it that do very good work. The UN General Assembly is the collection of countries....some of which are not democracies and don't deserve to be there.

It would be an ideal world if every country were a democracy but better to include every country in the spirit of democracy than exclude those who haven't evolved yet. Democratic ideals are far better served by inclusion rather than exclusion.

The dictatorships naturally get blacklisted. (kinda like Harper was)

  12. Canada got slapped in the face by the UN for a number of reasons; for Harper's opinion of it back when he wanted to rush into Bush's Iraq war too, for Harper's regressive stance on reducing greenhouse gases, for his general derision of the UN as an obsolete organization, and for his general stupidity. The UN is quietly showing us how far we've fallen since general Harper took the helm.

Stevie makes a couple of hollow speeches to the UN general assembly recently, after ignoring and deriding the organization for decades, and expects to have a seat reserved for him at the big boys table? Dream on, Stevie.

We need an international perspective. What is the international alternative to the UN, Oleg? There isn't one. The UN's the best we've got.

  13. I've stated facts not claims unless you can prove other wise....Not more tapes....but the orginal tape that was found, i assumed you watched it, i mean it is available in a English version as well on almost every web site that carries the Omar story , He mentions killing NATO soldiers for bounty during the portion where him and his merry gang were planting IED's at night..

Yea, do you mean the taped `confession' he made under duress at Bhagram? I can't find the link on ANY site... I'm sure it's a very convincing video though... definitely not staged or scripted... more than enough for anybody to convict him, eh?

... Omar's a friggin' saint compared to Canadian Col. Russell Williams... Now there's a real, adult terrorist.

  14. I concur with Punked... more trial by anecdote... this doesn't get us anywhere...

Sir John A. was said to be a terrible drunk, but was he a good PM when sober ?

John A. Macdonald insisted on the death penalty for Louis Riel even though the presiding judges thought it wrong.

Harper is catering to the old, british-loving folk who watch these stupid shows because he wants their votes and has a fetish for anything Imperial.

He's off in lala land while our country experiences its worst deficit EVER.

  15. Twit: If we were talking about a 15 yr old, white skinned neo nazi, would you still be shedding those tears?

    Radsickle: Of course not, twit.

Glad that is cleared up ....

Sorry, didn't realize at first that we were playing moralistic `gotcha'. I assumed the 15-year-old that twit mentioned was choosing to be a neo nazi, not a boy caught in a predicament similar to Omar's, where the connections to the offensive group aren't so well defined.

Any kid caught in Omar's situation should be allowed a proper trial and be protected from abuse and torture.

  16. Strangely enough, nobody seems to have noticed that the Liberals didn't bring poor Omar back either when they were in power.

    http://ezralevant.com/2010/07/the-truth-about-omar-khadr.html

You should go back and read the first 81 pages of this thread before you go so simplistically into partisan polemics. This is a Canadian embarrassment, not a specific party's anymore.

Your attempt to relativistically minimalize Omar Khadr's plight among thousands is duly noted, twit.
