God I hope so!!

The Liberals will always be connected with the corruption from the Chretien years ... from the Fiasco Gun Control which the costs are over a billion dollars and gun crime hasn't subsided one bit.........( you see criminals don't register their guns...lol) to their pathetic views on Justice (young offenders act) and of course the Sponsorship scandal...and to screwing the military over completely...hell they wouldn't even get them new helicopters ..............they will never get a chance at power again...heck they will be lucky to survive as a party at all...lol.............Allan Rock when he was Justice minister once stated only Soldiers or Police should have guns which leads one to believe the Liberals were on their way to weapon confication!..........well as i speak the Gun Registry is being scrapped for Non-restricted weapons for hunters and sportsmen... it is before Parliament now according to the Canadian Firearms Center website ................it doesn't matter who the Liberals have as their leader.............they are finished!!!......This country is finally heading in the right direction....this election just proved the Conservatives are gaining ground.....they are stronger now than before the election..........get used to it!!............. I am not so sure..................if Canada ever elects Liberals in again...it will truly finish this country...................their corruption will long be remembered and we can never allowed them to lead this country again, the Conservatives are taking the right path now if in ten years they become corrupt as the Liberals were then of course they too will be tossed out....but i just can't imagine anything worse than a Liberal.

Unfortunately............there are people out there who see guns only for killing and mayhem......not the millions of gun club who shoot simply for enjoyment.......and even many hunters i know go every year and " take their gun for a walk" and go for hours in the woods and only end up shooting at cans and never plan on killing anything......owning guns doesn't have to be a bad thing.

My thoughts on religion are just my own opinion.........believe me i am not in any hurry to find out if i am right or not.....lol........There is actually a scientific 3 year study underway i believe in Britain in an attempt to find out what happens at the time of death involving people who have had near death experiences... i read about it in the news not to long ago.................but as far as terrorism goes... the USA will most certainly retaliate against states that harbour and train terrorists in the event of a Nuke or Biological attack...it has to! the American people would demand it.........i know the subject about the roots of terrorism are extremely complicated and go back many years and most likely would be hard for most people in the west to understand............i look at from the point of view that i am sure many in the west do and that is i want my Government to protect us from these creatures.....i am not really concerned about why they do what they do ...........only that if these animals keep hitting us we have to hit back hard..........really hard!..........until 9/11 i wasn't at all concerned with the middle east or what was happening over there........maybe that sounds uncaring but hey i have my own problems in life..........but after what they did in New York and with Canada's involvement in Afghanistan i know there is a real good chance these people will hit us here.....i do not advocate a pre-emptive strike............but God forbid they hit us with a Nuke or Biological attack...then in that case i certainly believe the gloves should come off against the states who harbour and train these animals..........i think inventing the Nuclear Weapon was probably the dumbest thing the human race has ever done.......but at the same time it has kept an uneasy peace with Russia since the end of WW2...maybe the threat alone to use Nuclear power against states the sponsor terrorism might get them to crack down on these groups...........believe me if there is a way to solve all this terrorist nonsense peacefully then i would be the first in line to give my support..but from interviews that i have seen on tv with Al-Qaeda they don't want to talk...they want us in the West to accept Islam or else......it is no different when the Nazi's tried to push their ideology on the rest of the world they had to be stopped then...and radical Islamic extremism has to be stopped now....i certainly respect your views and i don't support violence anymore than you do but sometimes you are forced to fight back!

You know the sad part to Islamic extremism or any religious extremism...is that it is likely all for nothing........religion is (in my opinion) simply a waste of time.......i know that will ruffle feathers............but scientific research suggests that when we die .we die!! thats it .........no 20 virgins or playing harps or Pearly Gates nonsense......or whatever else your religion teaches..........it is very likely ... matter of fact most likely that religion was simply created to make the coming of death to be more pallitable.... just like when you are a kid we are taught to believe in Santa or the Easter Bunny as time goes on you realize the truth......nobody likes to think of death as the end but scientifically it probably is! ..with no afterlife....i hope i am wrong but according to most scientists worldwide i am not..........so my point is killing in the name of religion ..any religion is absolutely unwarranted......if the human race would realize we are here only for a short while and that at death there is no after existance.... then life while we are here would be more peaceful and different races would co-exist without all the problems.
