  1. In what cases Cap? Here in Canada you have to renew judgements and most parties don't bother after 6 or 7 years in the first time not being collected. People like me will tell you very clearly that a judgement collects you nothing , already cost you extra and that they can always go bankrupt. No I stand by what I say although I am an ex revenue Canada legal and licensing manager, a bank manager, a bailiff and a bankruptcy trustee as well. If the conservatives were a corporation in more ways than just for tax purposes the CEO (harper would be sacked for wasting probably some old ladies donation just for his poor ego and power mongering pride to cause them to have to settle this. You do realize there are a few lawyers in the conservative party don't you? This was cheaper than letting all of Canada know what jerks they were to their own members ,,pretty plain and simple.
  2. We shall see eh,Ces ?,wont we,hahha I will remind you.
  3. This just in ,,,Green's predicted to win multiple seats - shavluk poll
  4. Why not go to court then Cap if they really had zero to lose? I and many like me know why they did not. You only settle when a) you will lose or they will win Harper is quickly shooting himself needlessly in the foot and shows why he is in such a rush for an election ,,, I see the wheels falling off 6 months in And some how ol stock and his seadoo comes to mind,,,, hahhah still cracks me up!
  5. Maybe if you read it all and were concerned with ethics or being true to your word you would. I didn't think being honest was something left or right ,,but it should be our right as voters , taxpayers and just citizens. ******If the two former candidates do file suit, it would mark another legal chapter for Conservative party lawyers who have seldom lacked for work in the last two years. It's an unlikely twist for a party whose 2006 election platform promised to "ensure that party nomination and leadership races are conducted in a fair, transparent and democratic manner" and "prevent party leaders from appointing candidates without the democratic consent of local electoral district associations." A bitter court battle over the nomination process in Calgary West, the riding of Conservative MP Rob Anders, ground on for months and eventually compelled Anders to repeat the nomination process last spring. Just last month, the party replaced the riding executive in a Nova Scotia riding after the existing members pledged their continuing support for Independent MP Bill Casey, who was expelled from the Conservative caucus for voting against a budget measure. The Riddell case dates to the fall of 2005 when the Conservative party decided it wanted to replace its candidate in Ottawa South with Allan Cutler, a former bureaucrat who blew the whistle on the sponsorship scandal. After repeatedly attempting to disqualify Riddell, who'd run for the Tories in the 2004 election, the party agreed to reimburse him $50,000 in expenses if he would step down voluntarily. They subsequently refused to pay when the arrangement became public knowledge, and Harper flatly denied in public that any such deal between the party and Riddell had been made. Riddell sued for libel, essentially arguing the prime minister had accused him of being a liar. The party released a single-line statement on the weekend, dated Friday, saying they had "mutually settled all legal proceedings." ******** The Party dictates and as such is something that goes against the political system we should have.
  6. Now you go and think what you think matters to someone besides yourselves? My what silly fellows. I don't appreciate being grouped in your group , I have nothing to do with you. Get over yourself foolish poster. I am my own person and will always do what I want! I am flattered I instill such fear and respect in you , though.
  7. You would lose. I don't care how stupid you chose to remain. I say what I say dont like that ,,,,who cares?
  8. You guys are kidding yourselves if you don't believe they are organized. They have Harper in their pocket even right now. They make political statements all the time ,something I find very distasteful when they again explain things like the war on drugs. I always then ask them their view on other things like abortion or capital punishment when they get stupid and talk politically. Always shuts them up.
  9. He could have just called an inquiry. Even you think its some investigation. Its only being mentioned because he himself is named by Shribers? latest smart move and the smoke screen refers to not calling an inquiry and people including you actually thinking some investigation will take place. That's not what he said! And I am sure not what is happening.
  10. edit adding mike's silly comments ****In spite of that he has called for an investigation. Yet another example of Prime Minister Harper doing the right thing for Canadians**** You of course being biased I guess heard different than the actual words. There is no investigation! That is the problem. This is a smoke screen for the dense! Your blind obedience is admirable Mr conservative , your listening skills how ever need work!
  11. Its no investigation , as he just said. Smoke screen , damage control for the dense! Its an evaluation of the facts as he said and then a recommendation of what to do. Kinda what they should as government should be doing. I nominate who ever Harper appoints as our next Prime Minister!
  12. Well you are a capricorn so you must be ok! hahaha Todays news: http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/stor...1105?hub=Health Teens who smoke pot but not cigarettes appear to be more likely to get good grades, play sports and live with both parents than those who also use tobacco, finds a surprising new study from Switzerland. What's more, the study found that teens who smoke pot were more likely to have a good relationship with their friends than teens who smoked neither tobacco nor pot, found the study published in the November issue of Archives of Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine. To conduct the study Dr. J. C. Suris and colleagues at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, analyzed data from a 2002 national survey of almost 5,300 Swiss students aged 16 to 20 years. Of the group, 455 smoked marijuana exclusively, 1,703 smoked marijuana and tobacco, and 3,105 abstained from both substances. The survey also found that, compared with students who used both substances, students who smoked marijuana only were more likely: to be male (71.6 per cent vs. 59.7 per cent), to play sports (85.5 per cent vs. 66.7 per cent) to live with both parents (78.2 vs. 68.3) to have good grades (77.5 vs. 66.6). continued in link...........
  13. Wow Even carnivorous , these right wingers are ,eh? , as they seem to even eat their own,, hmmm. Great. Levels to the crusty-er types as they themselves discern for us hahha , entertaining carry on , please. My 2 cents? It is a given the RCMP have a feeding chain , a union , seniority , a pecking order all of it -don't doubt that for a second. Same as in anything else we have the serfs and the self appointed royalty. We cant all be cruising the Victoria coastline streets doing photo ops with tourists. Do you think the magical riders are all new recruits for example? Hanging in Ottawa looking like a "Men in Black" ? Yeah right buddy. Those are the senior postings and all garnered earned. The brother of a life long friend is here in Surrey as head of this chunk of RCMP so I hear some things anytime I want to know , but I was always never really surprised how the most eager or aggressive new recruits into the army were always directed straight into the infantry. Here you go boy! Run and shoot! See the world from this fox hole on these boots, hahhaha This sad tragedy with an obvious eager recruit would have in a non -corrupt or non-power based or properly managed police force , would never of happened. Don't forget the dismissal of their former lime light loving leader because it was obviously known the RCMP had problems ,,,, well they still do. Years later and still many cases with questions , Bush , Arar , Mulroney. The RCMP have always and are still entrenched in a racial dispute up north for sure, self perpetuated , naturally instilled proudly into their history. One would think 2 officers would always go to small settlements in these circumstances as in Saskatchewan an Indian reservation would never be visited solo. They will probably quietly enforce or go back to that probably existing rule now. But all of it is still based on and built from the complete blindness and neglect over many generations. Of a deeper , earlier neglect which started in just average Canadian homes with how we allowed the demise of the family unit for so called productivity that was never really obtained and the poverty problems that came with that philosophy as it was allowed to openly fester and damage society while we all sat ,head in the sand and then as if actually surprised by our neglect , now pay with these very expensive bandage's at the wrong end of all the problems. No one can blanket a complete organization with disdain as everything has bad apples. My condolences go out to all involved.
  14. I dont have cannabis as my god contrary to your view I dont pretend to be a medical user or even say it is my holy church ritual but I dont pretend to not use my computer or television either. I will say all 3 have taught me more than probably any other thing I could possibly think of right now including all people and all so called loves. Thanks for taking the time.
  15. I said a long time ago we may all be driving Fung's over Ford's someday soon and working in China as serfs opening American food restaurants across the plains of china as we help built their bullet train tracks so I don't need the lecture of forced shrink-ages and strategic bullshit ,,please. Harper's timing and wilful neglect over ignoring infrastructure , health and or any other investment in this country just to brow beat and bait Dion and stupefy voters ,,,well some of us have maybe smoked more than others and still can connect the dots. Sadly some don't/wont/cant even or ever see the dots I sadly have an opinion on everything.
  16. Its because they were so stupid ,period! No one forced a can of gas on the markets but them,,grandstanding obvious opportunists ,, a mini budget???? Give me a break I disagree with Harper's tactics and choices but then I am beholden to no man.
  17. hahhahha ok so you can say what ever as you have been civil and I sense a heart deep back in there! You know why they bury lawyers 12 feet deep? Cappy Because deep down they are all right.
  18. This is provincial and still not even a full slate. Here in BC it took 12 years to get 3% and in the next election here I will make you a bet we take seats! The ndp here knows it ! Watch Jane Sterk and the BC Greens in this next one mark my words. Its a snow ball process and has been building for some time and when it reaches critical mass even people like you will jump on in mass just to eventually help stop the crap the others still blatantly perpetrate and still get away with like the voter and our country don't matter. I know it will take time and things happen to change things all the time. Until I see it different I will continue. We want to end the mentality that results in things like a world where it actually takes law suits just to bring in obvious things like seat belts after 59 years of needless deaths and long court battles. The mentality of wilful negligence causing stupid man enabling asthma at now 10 fold increases because of cowardly politicians and years of corporate environmental control by campaign contribution dictation. Where the richest corporations get subsidized feeding on our own resources and children go to our schools hungry. Where now even cancer has become a childhood disease. And even our drinking water kills more than any cannabis. I know just how stupid the silent masses can be so you don't have to keep belittling our work here as its obvious at least to me that deep down in that crusty exterior you are as hopeful as we are ,,,,, you are here still following us right? If you dont stand for something you will fall for anything
  19. Hi Cappy ! Thanks for your comments.(you may in fact be a rooster(date of birth wise) Anyhooo....... In Saskatchewan yesterday we were the only party to quadruple our vote!(great for my old home area) Yes I know we have a long way to go but 2.4 % is enough to cause loses for prohibitionists as we continue to educate and grow our team. http://www.greenparty.ca/en/node/3127 The Green Party of Saskatchewan almost quadrupled it’s vote last night over the 2003 provincial election results. The party won 2% of the vote running it’s first ever “virtual full slate.” The party fielded 48 candidates in the province’s 58 ridings. The Greens won 2.7% in Regina and 2.4% in Saskatoon. In rural areas the GPS won 1.5%. The lower percentage in the rural ridings is due to running in only 21 of the 31 rural ridings. Had GPS had candidate in all 31 rural ridings the party could have won 2.2% in rural areas. In 2003 the party (then called the New Green Alliance) fielded 27 candidates and won 0.55% of the vote. So in this 2007 election almost doubled it’s number of candidates and more than doubled the average vote per candidate. continued in link......
  20. Oh its only me shhhhhhh don't want to wake any one ,,,,,, A little news update ,, don't want anyone threatening me with a shooting or anything ,,hahhaha http://www.canadaeast.com/news/article/118744 Ottawa-based soldier charged with trafficking pot, hash THE CANADIAN PRESS Published Monday November 5th, 2007 OTTAWA - An Ottawa - based soldier has been charged with allegedly trafficking pot and hash following an 11-month investigation by military police. The Canadian Forces National Investigation Service said Monday it had charged Master Corporal Steven Pearson with five counts related to the alleged trafficking and possession of marijuana and hashish. The military's national investigation service began investigating Pearson in January 2006 using an undercover operator. Few details surrounding the charges were available Monday afternoon, and a Canadian Forces spokeswoman did not immediately return phone calls. These latest charges follow several incidents in recent months of alleged drug trafficking within the military. Four crew members of the HMCS Saskatoon were charged after a military police unit launched an undercover sting operation targeting the small coastal patrol ship in early 2006. And at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown, N.B., five soldiers were charged last year under the National Defence Act with trafficking in cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana. continued.......... AND http://www.edmontonsun.com/News/Alberta/20...627422-sun.html Drugs flood oilsands city, but residents differ on dangers Ted Goodnough and Thompson Bros. Construction Ltd. agree on one thing - there are a lot of drugs on the streets of Fort McMurray. "It's the drug capital of the world," said Goodnough. But while the 54-year-old truck driver says that drug culture also extends well into the workplace - creating "an environment of fear and intimidation" - Darell White disagrees. "That's like saying that everybody who works in Fort McMurray is a crackhead, and that's just not true," said the health and safety manager for Thompson and its 1,200 employees. Goodnough, a former Thompson employee, and White also disagree on the cause of a collision at the Highway 63 twinning project just south of the city last week that saw one of Goodnough's colleagues back a 40-ton rock truck into the one he was sitting in. continued..... pretty quiet these days ,,, I haven't been this effective this quick ,,why ever ,hmm I guess it helps with all these dead bodies stacking up like common place. I wonder why all the violence what with harpers new crime bill coming up and all , why it should solve it all eh? hahhahahhaa
  21. Is it the air in Alberta do ya think? Something about living in the mountain areas that turns them all into hillbilly's you think? Hope not my grand-baby is there and I used to be. I bet you would love the majority to believe just like your ancient philosophy? eh Its all so cut and dried in your safe little cocoon ,yes. And then of course we have those American pilots who killed 4 Canadian soldiers ,, silly details. I think its what 5 killed so far in Afghanistan the same way.(friendly fire , haha there's an oxymoron) Then we have drunk drivers who kill on highways ? Burn them? Now that I have you agreeing to put those to death I will mention the elderly on legal drugs here in Canada that have killed more on the highways than American pilots. The whole discussion is irrelevant and for what we do pay in justice services money we can afford one offs at least for the exclusive entertainment of rich isolated safe bigots (pictons 7 million tax dollars to lawyers?) or at least some custom legal services. Maybe even a televised execution Sunday after the Simpson's. You mention Mayerthorpe where RCMP illegally entered that farm then make it all about a cannabis grow-op and then squash the news that even though cannabis stays in the body for a month and alcohol just hours roszko had zero cannabis and was full of alcohol,,sad. Yeah pot smokers must be all killed as they must be the problem eh? Yes , sadly we just need one more good civil war just to take all the dead weight from us , the extinct with power. You know for what they do soak us for now just in police costs and when one considers we don't even want 7/11 employees to work the night shift alone , one would think the RCMP will change their rules and put money where its needed instead of where it is obviously going. Maybe get rid of the silly horse show and put it into wages? Yes just keep providing billions of gun enabling cash to crime as you ignore those citizens having to buy from criminals because governments like some extinct species yell about reform with their heads in sand. Of course again I say this is only the tip of the ice berg and only getting started ,watch. At least the horrendous new crime bill will now be bringing things so much more into the faces of people that think it will retreat , it wont and then finally I will start to get some real help. Sadly I hope that it doesn't take that many more bodies. Cheers
  22. Why is no one talking about that we as Canadians should be down in the US of A right now buying all the profitable companies and bringing the benefits of that ownership back to Canada? If our dollar shrank by 23 % you can bet we would have had many ,many bargain hunters here wrecking havoc , why isn't this happening in a way that we would hear about it? Maybe the truth is the stocks have risen perporsionally already to cover their ass's and its only the average americans who will pay for this latest government mismanagement. Maybe buy ourselves a NFL team while its cheaper, hahhaha
  23. http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/HTMLTemplate?tf=...archive=CTVNews New Green candidate explains why he wont run for the conservatives and IS for the GREEN PARTY ,Great video!!!
  24. Now he is even doing hand off work for Harper? Layton and Harper what a team!! Making Canada work. Pretty cozy in my view although the ndp have never been in a position to make senate appointments if they did I am sure they wouldn't put ed broadbent or stephen lewis in there ,,yeah right. I would still support this referendum as I agree abolish or make them elected.
  25. Canadian Green Party Official Afganistan Opium Policy adopted by the European Union ! Its finally starting to change , I can see the walls coming down. Afghanistan: European Parliament calls for a pilot project on legal production of opium 25/10/2007 Following a similar recent statement of the Italian Parliament, backed by Emma Bonino and the Italian Government, the European Parliament is the first international institution to give such an endorsement. The conversion of Afghan opium - one of the major sources of funding for criminal and terrorist organisations - into medicines could pave the way to the construction of a State based on the rule of law that could be acceptable in rural areas of Afghanistan. At the same time, it could also put an end to the chronic lack of medicines for pain therapy, which today still concerns 80% of the world population. http://www.alde.eu/index.php?id=42&tx_...Hash=f1e0a1eabc And taken from CC http://www.senliscouncil.com/ and details of the opium trade http://www.senliscouncil.com/modules/Opium...m_licensing_FAQ
